Hi .I have used twice and it was not bad but there is few problems : postage cost is ridiculous , shipping time is absolutely insane ( 1 month to Europe ) , again ridiculously expensive in comparison with well known tretinoin brands . The quality is good but I cant say it's outstanding . I know minoxidil max may reply and say postage cost is best of what we can do or the price is best we can offer but NO . There is cheaper option and could be much better . Stay safe everyone's
Minoxidil Max: I'm a long term customer. Satisfied. Never had a problem ordering and receiving products. Today I went to their site and there's a notice that their web site is under reconstruction. And the site also says that they've lost the records of customers who signed up before Dec. 20, 2024. Further, it says that until they get their credit card system up and running, they can only accept Bitcoin (Say What?!) And even if you put a product in your cart, you cannot buy anything because if you try to put your account information into their pay portal, the screen reverts back to where you startedAccordingly, they appear to have been hacked. Clearly, they need to open a new site with adequate information about the situation. Bitcoin? Idiotic! On a lighter note, the site suggests that setting up a bitcoin account, while time consuming, will benefit your finances ultimately. Don't believe it.
alright guys, So let me start.I started getting Hairloss, so I checked out what to do about it, i found out there is finasterid. I figured out if you take it in a form of a pill, you get crazy side effects, as many of you may know. So i found the topic form of it, the one you apply on your scalp. I live in Germany so i went to the doctors and got it, it was around 100€ (expensive), Name: Fynzur 18ml it contains 2.275mg/ml. I used it and bäm! it worked the hairloss stopped completely after just 2-3 weeks. but also i got side effects, very slightly but there were some. So this bottle of Fynzur lasted like 2 months its 18 ml you spray like 3 times on the parts of your scalp where you have the hairloss, you can spray like 180 times (one tap uses 0.1 ml)alright then i found MinoxidilMax i thought: "Man here i can buy that stuff 60ml!!! for like 70€???, that will last AGES" the product information said it has like 2,5 mg/ml like the same as the Fynzur one or even more, it was the variation that has Monixidil and Finasterid in it.alright i got it delivered, it said i used it, the slight side effects went away and i said to myself "ah nice man this one even has no side effects" BUT my hairloss slowly started to come back, i said to myself:" damn did i got scammed?, maybe its because they mix minioxidil and finasterid together, maybe the finasterid is not working that way. I SHOULD ORDER THE ONE WITH ONLY FINASTERID IN IT" so i did, and no surprise it did not work (this one had allegedly even more finasterid on it than the last one), by that time i have stopped the real stuff(Fynzur) for 3-4 months so i had the same hairloss as before, i got scammed twice by MinoxidilMax(shame on me), i got Fynzur again like 2 weeks ago, use it and my hairloss stopped.so there is NO finasterid(or not enough) in their products and they SCAM you. it probably WOULD work if you would use a REAL product, so dont get scammed, get some good stuff and keep your hair boys.(my review is based on my own experience, i have no proof for any of my statements)
I've been using their products for more than 10 years, and I can tell you that they're the best out there. Every minoxidil product is like Rogaine on steroids.If you suffer from hair loss, do yourself a favor and buy at least one of their products.
I have used them before, I have no issues with quality or anything like that as of yet, but my credit card info was stolen (twice) directly after using their site. I tried to inform them of this, but was assured that it was secure. I know it was their site, because the second time, it was the only place I used that new credit card info other than recurring bill payments that have been going on for years. I recently viewed the site and it seems they are redoing the transaction system, which is great, because I will never use a credit card with them again. I have no problem using Bitcoin (for a discount), e-transfer, or maybe a prepaid card, but I cannot trust them with my card info again.Luckily, I opened a fraud investigation and my money was returned to me by the bank, but it's still a pain in the ass. I had to wait for $2000 to get returned over the course of a month. I do not believe they had anything to do with the theft, it was either someone who hacked into their backend or a rogue employee stealing details. They were professional and quick to fill orders otherwise. They offer some unique formulations.
Ordered Minoxidil Max's Finasteride called Essengen-f and it has been very effective in stopping hairloss especially from the crown area. In the UK, it is very hard to find topical Finasteride as the oral form can have nasty side effects. I am very thankful to have stumbled upon Minoxidil Max and I would be ordering from them again.
I asked them to provide the FDA clearance document of the laser diode cap, they just ignored it but they did answered another question in the same email. Tried again months later and they still didn't bother to answer.If they can't give me a link something like accessdata.fda.gov/...... , then MinoxidilMax = scam. If they can, then improve the customer service.
Placed an order for 3 bottles of a product and even completed a separate form for a free product. No free product arrived and I received no further correspondence about it. This is clearly 'false advertising' by Minoxidilmax!!!! I also paid $25 for Fed Express delivery and was given 4 updates stating it would be delivered before 10pm on Monday 14th October 2024. The package has arrived today when I was not in - Thursday 10th October 2024 and a neighbour had to take the parcel in who I do not know because I am new to the area. No address is shown on the site where the company is based or where to contact them at. There is a label on the Fed Express package saying it's been sent from 'John Smith' and a residential address, but no business address or company, nothing. This is very dodgy and product looks fake, cheap labelling and clearly not a professional company making this product.Avoid at all costs and find a proper company, not someone with a cheap misleading website with no official company address and no phone number that is not afraid to hide behind a cheap website.
My experience was very bad I believe the dose is too high for the minoxidil. It caused dermatitis on my scalp and my hair was shedding bad. My scalp got very red and irritated and flaking badly so bad I had to go to a dermatologist. It took couple weeks to a month to heal. My hair grew back but it was a nightmare. I suggest before you buy any products for your hair, check with your dermatologist. Not saying what happened to me will happen to you but before you put anything on your scalp talk to a dermatologist.
