My only regret is not starting earlier. Once the issue became impossible to overlook, I began using a certain product, and my hair returned rapidly without any further loss. After using it for over a year, I've experienced nothing but positive results. Truly a lifesaver! I highly recommend it.

It’s been over two weeks, and the tracking still shows only “Label Created” with no progress. The support team keeps assuring me that “it’s moving in the system,” but the tracking page hasn’t changed at all since November 26. I’m not claiming the company is unreliable — my previous experiences were good — but right now there’s clearly an issue with this shipment, and I’m not receiving any meaningful updates about what’s happening. I’ll update this review once I see how the situation is resolved.

Having made two previous orders that arrived without any issues, I decided to consolidate and place a larger order to save on shipping. Everything initially went smoothly, but after 8 days, I received only a small part of the order instead of the full package. I was disappointed and unsure of what had happened. I emailed the support team, and they responded promptly, apologizing and acknowledging it was a mistake they would rectify quickly. That same day, my order was resent, and remarkably, within 7 days, the complete package arrived as expected! Honestly, a commendable company — everyone makes mistakes, but few are willing to address and resolve them. If anyone is hesitant, they need not be — this company is genuinely reliable, and if issues arise, they act to fix them. Thank you!

In 2024, after my hair transplant, I started using a specific product. It does what it promises. My hair has grown stronger and fuller. It’s easy to use, dries quickly, feels non-sticky, and has no side effects.
Recently, the service and delivery have deteriorated a lot. I used to order quite regularly, at least 7-9 times in total since starting in 2022. The last one or two orders haven't arrived, and now there are no tracking links available... I feel compelled to stop using them, as they no longer seem trustworthy since 2025.
