I've been a customer for a while now, ever since my hair transplant. Until recently, everything went smoothly, especially since they offered free samples before I became a full-paying customer. However, recently, I ordered three units of their product, and only one arrived. It turned out that part of my package was stolen during delivery; the fault lies with the carrier, not the company. They investigated and offered to resend the two missing units at their expense to rectify the situation. I was already a fan before, but because of their response, I would gladly recommend this company to anyone still undecided!

This is my fourth order in six years, and delivery has always been on time, especially since I pay for expedited shipping — no risk, no hassle. I typically order for two years of use, which makes it worthwhile. I can confirm that the products work; I use a specific one, and when I ran out and couldn't order for five months, I experienced hair shock and significant loss. The privacy aspect is a bit odd, but I appreciate a little discretion as long as the products arrive.
I ordered my product on May 5th and have not received it 39 days later! I keep telling the customer support that the product is lost and to reship my order, but now they stopped answering my emails. They keep telling me there are updates to the tracking, but I confirmed with my local shipping company that the product has not been received by them. And now they stopped answering me, which is very frustrating. I cannot speak for the US, but if you live in Europe, I would not recommend purchasing from them. Edit on 14.07 - a couple of days after the first review the company did re-ship the product and I picked up the product today at the post office.
I ordered three bottles of 15% DualGen and a dermaroller from the minoxidil.max website while I was staying in Malaysia for a month as a tourist. They shipped the package promptly, but unfortunately, the Malaysian customs blocked the delivery due to new laws introduced in mid-2024 that prohibit the import of cosmetic products.I contacted the minoxidil.max support team, and they advised me to respond to customs and request that the package not be returned to the U.S., as that would be very costly. Instead, they suggested I allow the package to be disposed of locally. I followed their advice.Later, I traveled to Korea (also as a tourist), and the minoxidil.max team reached out to me themselves, asking if they could resend the products to a Korean address. I provided a new address, and they remained in constant communication throughout the process. Since Korea requires a tax number to receive such shipments, I went to the Seoul customs office and obtained one. Finally, I received my package!I’ve been using their products for over three months now and I’m already seeing results. The dermaroller included in the package was of excellent quality — much better than what you typically find on marketplaces.Overall, I highly recommend ordering from minoxidil.max. Their customer service is outstanding, and the products are both effective and high quality.
Ordered essengen f with pg free solvent and extra bottle from them on Jan 4 and it was my first ever order from them, got response within one business day and got my product within two weeks with their most basic shipping. Very happy with the product and was skeptical at first since the bitcoin thing but they are offering half off right now and highly recommend, professional customer service and products. Amazing!
Just a follow up on my previous review. It seems that there was a complete mix up and the company did sort asap and I did get my order within a week when it all got sorted so you have to give then the benefit of the doubt as there was a whole overall of website etc and for that reason I am changing my rating!
I placed Order #239550 on November 12, 2024 and have not received it, despite it being marked as "complete" on my account. I've reached out several times and had no response, and any avenue to contact them via the website does not complete.Terrible, terrible customer service and company.
I take back what I said which of course was only my interpretation of what appeared to be happening re: the Minoxidil Max website. They have contacted me and explained the situation. A completely new website is on the way January 10 the and they admit it has taken way to long to get up and running. I do like their Dualgen 15 product. I use it and so does my son.
