Great service by Neil Annan, a nice man, no pushy sales tactics, very patient. We got ourselves a lovely EV, there is a fantastic choice of beautiful cars. I'm deducting one point from this perfection for how the charger was sold. If you're new to owning an EV and are enquiring about their charger, a zappi glo, and are told, that they'll sort it, somehow we thought that they would arrange installation, not give us a box with it in at the point of sale. It wasn't clear, otherwise we may have shopped around, as it's often easier to find a licenses EV charger electrician who provide their chargers, often at a much lower price. Our ignorance mixed with little information from Neil made it all a bit confusing and added more unexpected expense. The other point that I found tricky were the entrance steps, grey slate type without a banister, against black walls, and somewhat slippy when damp. I exited the sales room and flew down the steps landing badly on the pavement. So if you have knee or mobility troubles of any kind and prefer something to hold on to, ask if you can enter or exit the sales room through the side door. Neil helped me up and the manager came out to check if I was ok, but please just install some banisters and non slip tape on those steps. I've since been told that it happened before, so that's a problem. Still, overall a place worth recommending, but do watch out for the points above.
This was the best car sale I have had! Huge thanks to Katie, Chris and the team for their service. I felt well informed, not pressured and overall the experience has been fantastic. We drove almost 2 hours to get the car and they had everything ready for us to drive it away the same day. Would 100% recommend
Excellent service from Jordan, Neil and Hattie.I saw an Audi E-tron online that I liked the look of, not having much luck locally with other used car garages Carsa, I decided to give these a call, even though they're further away.Jordan was great in the phone, he asked about the part ex car I wanted to sell, what I'd been offered previously and what deals I had been offered.He then smashed them out of the park with a much better deal.I had the part ex taken care of, 3 year warranty, 3 year breakdown cover, and ceramic coating, as well as supplying the new EV charger.Viewed the car, loved it, and drove away in the same day as viewing.Really happy with everyone! I purchased a car from Minster Motor Group in Hull last week, I can honestly say that Connor was absolutely amazing with great service and nothing was too much trouble. He re-arranged all the showroom, getting the car out that I had seen so I could test drive the car, he sorted all my part exchange out for me with my old car, and also sorted all my tax out.Connor gave service with a smile, was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I test drove the car on Monday and arranged to exchange and pick my new car up on Thursday, and that was only due to my working hours, as Connor could have had the car ready a lot sooner.I would highly recommend this car sale company, they have such an amazing stock of nearly new cars that are at very reasonable prices that wont disappoint you.Its a huge 5 star from me - and a HUGE THANK YOU to Connor, love, love, love my new car :-)
Hired a van for house removal for the second time from this absolutely fantastic family company. Lisa organised everything, she was friendly, helpful and guided us through the process. We were given a great, clean van for what has to be the most cost effective way to move house. Nothing was too much trouble even entertaining our 8 year old grandson while we were sorting the paperwork.Can’t recommend highly enough.
Wow, I've been blown away by the level of customer service received from Minster Motor Group.Travelled to Hull today, we love nearly 3 hours away, to pick up a car that I saw online.Conner, the salesman, was fantastic from the point of my initial enquiry, through to today picking it up.Communication was first class. I had lots of questions and was apprehensive about purchasing from such a distance, but Conner was quick and efficient to respond, sending lots of pictures and videos by WhatsApp.The experience at the showroom today was fab. Conner didn't rush us and was happy to answer any questions.The car was genuinely in immaculate condition.Thank you for such a positive experience buying a car. Despite our distance from you, we'd definitely consider using Conner and Minster Motor Group again when we're thinking of changing our other car.
