Items never arrive. I had a successful order a couple of years back and chose to order again. This time, however, my items haven't been dispatched, and I haven't received any replies to my emails.
I have yet to receive my order, which I placed more than a month ago. It was intended as a Christmas gift. I'm really disappointed that I trusted this service, which has taken my money but failed to deliver my items. I've attempted to reach out politely to inquire about my order, but I haven't received any response.
This is a scam. Please do not purchase. I ordered on June 8th, and now it's late November with no delivery. I've requested updates and a refund several times via email, but there have been no replies since they mentioned an investigation, and I still haven’t seen my money back.
This is absolutely unacceptable. They claim delivery in 2-4 days, but it’s been three weeks and I still don't have my jewelry. Based on the reviews I've seen, it could take much longer. I've sent two emails and have received no response. This company is a joke.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! I ordered in March, and it’s now November with no items received. Every email I send gets the same response that it’s 'on its way,' which I find hard to believe. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

If you're thinking about ordering from this company, I advise against it. The positive reviews are likely from people who are in on the scam. I paid extra for quick delivery, and it’s been almost a week with no tracking number or any communication.
