Horrible, try to contact them every day through the tracking site, never giving an answer. My e bike is in the Valencia warehouse, only 100km from here. What’s even the problem to deliver it within a single day ?? I am not living high up the mountain off road.

Still waiting for my package..

I have ordered from Kave Home. From the moment Mobel received the package, it didn’t move at all (according to tracking informations, still at the exact same spot). tried to reach out to them, no answer.

Disgusting ignorant people who have…

Disgusting ignorant people who have absolutely no idea what customer service is. I ordered furniture from Jysk and these people lied all the way and after being told they would deliver it FOUR times, every time they never turned up. In the end the order had to be cancelled and other arrangements made. Thank you Jysk, but I will never , ever use or recommend this company!!

The worst transport company in Spain

I ordered some garden furniture from Jysk 11 march it was collected from their warehouse on the 13th ,it then took 6 days to get to Sevilla it sat in Sevilla for 8 days before being given a delivery date of the 27th I was then told they needed to work out a route now it's April they don't know when to deliver due to public holidays in Spain,they really are useless and I will never again buy from any company that uses themJysk please note.

Horrible service

Their service is horrible. Can not deliver a table from Jysk for a month already. We have provided the adress of the shop where to deliver , but nothing has happened. Jysk is saying they have contacted them but no response. Unacceptable!
