This was the first of an annual service for the boiler we had fitted by Warm for Life and as hoped for and expected it was hassle free.The engineer Russ was polite, friendly and very professional.
I have used this company before on their boiler service plan for a previous house. Always brilliant service. After a house move I had problems with a boiler leak & called them again. Russ & the team have a professional booking system & fixed the problem efficiently. I have returned to this company for their service plan in my current house. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Great communication and reasonable pricing.
Easy to arrange appointment for boiler service, arrived on time with reminder text the day before and text sent in advance on the day to advise an arrival time. Lovely to deal with, quick and efficient. Have used these guys multiple times and will continue to do so, Highly recommended.
