Please seriously reconsider investing with this company if you want to avoid losing all your capital. I have lost approx $60,000 with Wilfred Knight.
I was first contacted in early 2023 and after months of back and forth pitching of their 2.2% monthly target return rate using their algorithmic trading platform and allowing me to achieve my goal of becoming a home owner, I finally agreed to try them.
In 2024, the platform performed terribly with a consistent and significant drawdown. I called Wilfred Knight every month or two, voicing my concerns and fear of losing my balance as I was still relatively young at the time and this was a lot of money for me. Each time I was reassured that everything was “under control” and being closely monitored by Altera Systems (the software provider). Despite repeated calls and reassurances, I ended up losing all of my invested money in November 2024.
I was later told I would receive a credit due to the systematic loss being “broker errors/ incorrect weighting/ partial hedges not being applied.” On 28 November 2024, I was informed credit calculations were complete and I would be contacted within two weeks. 9 months later and after significant follow ups, I have not received a single dollar back. The only time I get updates is when I personally chase them and these are typically just AI-generated nonsense. I have since conceded that I will likely never get this money back.
This ordeal has caused me immense stress and grief, and it distresses me further knowing that others have lost even larger sums. It also appears they are still onboarding new customers despite all the unresolved issues.
EDIT: I originally posted this review on the 17/08/2025. I received a call from Wilfred Knight the following day, where I was pressured to remove this review, which I did. In that conversation, I was given a series of assurances:
- By the end of the week, a wallet would be created showing the credit figure I was owed
- Within 3–4 weeks, the funds would be accessible
- An apology gift would be sent (not requested, but insisted upon)
It is now over almost 6 weeks later and not a single one of these promises have been honoured. No wallet. No funds. No resolution. The fact that I was asked to remove my review under the pretense of an imminent resolution is consistent with the same pattern of delay, excuse-making, and false assurances I have endured since losing all my money.
EDIT #2 26/01/26: Following further discussions with Denny, from Wilfred Knight, I agreed to remove my review again after being assured the first credit would be received within 3 months. No credit was received. Subsequently, I was contacted by Denny, who advised that the tech company, Altera Systems, had ceased responding to them, and that Wilfred Knight had therefore engaged a “third-party resolutions team” to address the issue. When asked, no formal name for this resolutions team could be provided, and it was later described as an independent contractor based in Pakistan/India. I confronted Denny about the Altera Systems website photoshopping their logo onto images, an office address that appears to be a room in a co-working space and no identifiable registration on UAE business registers. He could not give me any clear explanation why. Coincidentally, after these concerns were raised, the Altera Systems website became inaccessible. I have been extremely patient and co-operative while the explanations provided have continued to change, deadlines have repeatedly passed, and commitments have not been honoured. Based on the pattern of conduct to date, I would avoid Wilfred Knight at ALL costs.
I have also been contacted by multiple other individuals who invested through Wilfred Knight and have learnt that one individual has lost over $350,000. I was also told by Wilfred Knight that family members of staff had experienced losses of approximately $300,000. Please also do not rely solely on the positive reviews appearing online as their page have been flagged on ProductReview for suspected falsely generated reviews.

Well what can I say but thanks ENZO. Your assistance and knowledge in investing has given me insight into a brighter future. I must also add that the whole team not just Enzo have been very helpful in guiding me threw the avenues of AI and the functionality of how there software produces financial rewards. Lesson 1, and the only one when it comes to financial investing! If it sounds too good to be true, then its probably not true. Personally I would not be buying any software upfront on some whimsical hope that it was going to work. Poor business model
I've been dealing with the staff over multiple meetings and calls here for a while, I can say I've had some months where I was worried as markets vary but everything from Wilfred Knight has provided me with has been great and can't fault. I'm a big believer in the future of this industry. Very happy.
I have just finished the trial period using the Wilfred Knight software , the returns were within the expected parameters 1- 3 % . I found Chris very professional , open and honest as well as accommodating to my particular circumstances.I have decided not to go ahead with investment ,but have not ruled out revisiting the idea in the future .
I paid a considerable amount of money for their automated trading platform. I was told the platform typically returns 1 - 2% per month, and not to judge it for 3 months.After about 4 months my account was down 13%. As an experienced trader, this was unacceptable. I always trade with stops and allow draw downs of 1 - 2% max. I immediately withdrew funds, which closed all positions. I then asked for a refund of the fee imposed for use of their automated trading platform.I accepted personal responsibility for trading losses, but asked for a refund for the fee paid for use of their automated platform. I had an abusive telephone interaction from one of their senior staff, and have received none of my invested money.
