Great service received. I got a puncture and had a flat when I arrived at work. The tyre was too flat to get to a local garage safely so contacted Mobile Tyre Giant and spoke with Jay.
He was very helpful, explained the options and cost of both mobile repair, and replacement tyre if required, before I confirmed and then arranged a mobile technician to come to me.
The technician arrived within 90 minutes, in line with what Jay had told me, and he was polite and helpful. He did attempt repair but the damage was too much - this was discussed in detail with me before a new tyre was fitted.
It was obviously more expensive than a local garage, but this was not an option for me and for a mobile service within 90 minutes was reasonable, and the service from both Jay, and the technician (sorry I think the name was Ati but unsure) was excellent.
Would definitely recommend for emergency situations.

Good communication and regular updates from Kashif who arranged the appointment via WhatsApp. Someone was able to come out on a Sunday evening and replace my tyre. Once it was confirmed, they arrived in about 40 mins and did a good job.
