Instead of upgrading the site, you decided to downgrade,the old site was 1000 times better than the so called the new and improved site, infact among the few survey sites I'm familiar with,mobiworkx is the worst of all"whenever you ask for help they have automatic answer which is unsatisfactory"Could you please login to your account and submit a ticket via your Help Center? When submitting your ticket, please put ‘SITEREVIEW-TP’ in the subject line of your ticket. In addition, please provide me with the phone number and email address, if applicable, that are linked to your account. Once I receive this information, I will be happy to take a close look." This response does not solve anything
At this point I have no complaints about Mobiworkx, surveys rarely kick you out, if you don't qualify to do a survey you are told from the beginning rather than wasting your time. I chose paypal for my payout and within 3 days I got my payment 👌. Also requested airtime at one point I received my top up within 3 days as well.
Surveys can be rather scarce at some point but overall I'm happy 😊.

Third time now that my voucher is not delivered within 5 days last three claims I always have to submit ticked for are deliveries of a voucher. You have dropped the ball for overall review score to go below 3. Please correct your shortcomings, I enjoy the platform a lot
