Have finally assembled it after a hiccup of missing parts....
Contacted Mocka and they were happy to help. Sent out the missing parts and the desk could be finished.
Great quality bed- often find shipping of product is a little disjointed.
Seperate elements of the package arriving on different days meaning delays in being able to assemble which can be frustrating but overall happy enough with the product once assembled.
I ordered two large items but only received one, with no updates regarding the missing item. I had to reach out to the support team, who admitted it was their error and informed me that the missing item wouldn't arrive for three months. The customer service was disappointing, and the $10 voucher offered was not sufficient. Overall, very poor service with no communication.
