Absolutely terrible experience from this company. I made an order seven months ago, they delivered the wrong parts, and refused to send a replacement even after I sent photos. Then they indicated they would only provide a refund after I send all the materials back, which includes heavy material (I am 65 years old). I still haven't received a refund nor the correct parts.
Great and unique design built with high quality materials. The design online matches perfectly with the reality. Friendly people helping with whatever problem I can face. Amazing!
I think the Tylko shelves are really good quality. We have ordered three so far. One of them had a defect, but the customer service was excellent. I also find the ordering process very transparent. Although it takes many weeks from ordering to receiving your furniture, you never need to wonder what is going on because Tylko is very proactive about keeping you informed of what to expect next. Our friends recommended them to us, and we would highly recommend them as well.

Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, the company is still refusing to offer a legally compliant solution. Definitely not worth the cost! The quality is comparable to budget furniture, if not worse, and the assembly process is a nightmare. The pieces don't fit together properly and align awkwardly. The final product lacks the upscale appearance shown in the images. It's just overpriced budget furniture and more challenging to put together.
