Sheba was amazing, she made everything so simple and easy. She was there whenever any of us had any questions . She provided guidance and comfort and no one was left behind or in confusion. Working with David was a plus; I would definitely recommend working with him; he was always available. The resort was great but I was not fond of the lack of availability of what the resort provided; yes, it was the off season, but the price was not; lack of food/restaurant choices; also the constant solicitation got to be unbearable; also, the deposit upon arrival to the hotel was a surprise, especially after all the money spent for the vacation. Very grateful for the transportation but there needs to be a better system in place between Amstar and the drivers; one guy just came and grabbed my bags and an Amstar employee had to confront the guy to let go of my luggage; I had never been to Jamaica, so I had no clue what to expect. The Amstar drivers need distinctive shirts also. The Mobay experience was giving everything it needed to give. Overall, the resort was ok, for the money, should of been a lot better. The customer service was good, even though I did not see my personal concierge for 2 days.
Anna Duran - Senior Travel Advisor, booked us an amazing trip to Ireland. She gave us many options to choose from, flights, hotels, car services, excursions. She worked her back-end off getting everything we wished for. Anna (and Modern Travelworks of course) get’s a 10 in our books. Our trip was better than we hoped for. David Feldschau what more can I say he went above and beyond making the trip to Cancun very enjoyable.He would always answer our emails promptly and made sure for us to know how to get to our amstar pickup would recommend booking with him as he will make sure everything will go smoothly will book future trips with him
My family and I took a trip to the Dominican Republic. We worked with Austin on setting everything up and he was amazing ! He took care of it all, had answers to all my questions, and even checked in to make sure we had everything. This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had and I will make sure to book with Austin for future vacations! Thank you so much !
