I placed an order for several items on January 6th, expecting them to arrive between January 9th and 13th. Instead of receiving my items on the 13th, I received an email stating my order was refunded. There was no explanation, and it took until the last day of the expected delivery for them to process this refund.
Ordering from the company is quite an experience. They take your payment instantly — truly impressive. After that, it's complete silence. No shipping updates, no responses. It's as if the customer no longer matters once they have your money. Emails vanish, orders don't arrive, and customer service seems non-existent. I've had items shipped from overseas faster than I received any information from them. If you enjoy giving money to a business without any return, this place is for you. If you expect products or communication, I recommend shopping elsewhere.
