Review Time
I never received my order, site said it had not shipped, 2 months later. When I finally got ahold of customer service, they said it is NOW READY to ship and I can't get a refund, all of a sudden it's ready as I'm taking to someone. Fraud. So much for the vacation bathingsuit, 🙄.
I love your suits - they're very well made and a great price point that allows me to buy multiple suits. I would love to see more of the short ruffled swim bottoms though as they're the perfect amount of coverage without being to long and clingy.
This is my second order with Modlily. I was really pleased with all the items I got the first time so had no trouble purchasing again. All items I received looked just as pictured, were well made and packaged nicely so they did not arrived all wrinkled. I like the buy 3 get one free and other great deals.
I had the worse experience with Modily! I ordered a heart shaped necklace and when I received it, it was a completely round necklace and not heart-shaped! I contacted customer service and they were not willing to allow me to return for a corrected heart shaped necklace! They said it was not returnable! To send me something that I did not order and keep my money is fraud. I also ordered a blouse that was not even my size and I had to pay for shipping to return, so I just kept it as it took over an hour to try to send something back! The other tops I ordered were XS and they send me "small!" They whole business is a fraud and they rip you off. I will not buy from them again!
Impossible to return and they use a third party, Justanswer, which I have had previous bad experiences.Will not order again. I am stuck with 3 swimsuits I did not like--sizing was inaccurate, cheap quality. Guess they are going to Salvation Army as a donation.
I tried to leave a review on their web site but it refused to let me so here I am. This is the 2nd and last time I will order from them. One of my items states "ships in 24 hours" Not true.....Both items say delivery between Feb 26 and March 11th. BBBUUUTTT Customer service told me that they will be delivered in the middle of April. " Not acceptable because I need them for a trip . "I will send a message telling them to rush it" That is what they told me on the last order too. The only reason I ordered a second time is they gave me a 40.00 credit. But a 40.credit is no longer acceptable. NEVER AGAIN
I ordered on Feb 4, 2026. They processed my payment. My order is Still showing “processing”. I was hoping to get for a spring break cruise, but at this rate I won’t even receive until after spring break. It’s been 3 weeks, what company is still,processing an order that long but yet already processed my payment? Payment should be processed when it ships, and they should tell you lead times before you place order, not AFTER.
Still waiting for my order that was supposed to be here Feb 10. Three of the items were advertised to ship in “24 hours” it’s been 5 weeks. I ordered the bathing suit for my vacation which I am now on without a bathing suit. I will never order from this company again. I believe I will be calling the credit card company and cancelling payment.
I've ordered before and experienced long shipping times, although they expedited my first order after I complained. I liked the quality of the clothing so I placed another order prior to a vacation. I placed the order on February 6th and my confirmation stated I would receive it on the 9th. It shipped on the same day.. It's now February 19th, I leave for my trip tomorrow, and I still don't know where my clothing is. It cleared customs last week, after the 9th, but I don't know where it is. Tracking information doesn't list a city or state, and customer service just tells me they're shipping it as fast as possible. Since it's my second experience with these excessive delays, I will not order from them again.
Modilly has such an easy app to use. EVERYTHING I have ordered is true to size and is made to last. My swimsuits are used for outfits as well. I love the compliments I receive for them.
