Terrible experience with my order

I placed an order for pajamas back in October, and a representative informed me they were out of stock and would return by mid-November, which I accepted. After reaching out three times (on November 27th, December 5th, and December 19th) to follow up, I received no response and have yet to receive the pajamas while being £50 out of pocket. I strongly advise against ordering from this service due to their poor support.

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing! I ordered pajamas as a birthday gift with a promise of two to three days for standard delivery, but it never arrived! I sent multiple emails and received very delayed responses (days)! I will never order from this service again.

This service deserves no stars

This service deserves no stars. I ordered pajamas for a Christmas gift at the end of October. After no delivery, I sent many emails and received the same response: they would get back to me within 48 hours... which never happened. I received one reply saying my order seemed lost and they would resend it. Still no pajamas... incredibly disappointing. They are not a reliable service.

Unsatisfactory customer support

I placed an order on November 26th but received no confirmation email despite the charge being taken from my bank. I emailed several times but have had no reply. The service is poor, especially during the holiday season when purchasing gifts. I've learned my lesson and won't use this service again.

Order placed but no confirmation

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. I've emailed several times with no response. My order was a Christmas gift placed on December 5th, and I still haven't received it. The payment has been deducted from my account. I would appreciate a response from the service.

No delivery and lack of refund

I still haven't received my order of two personalized pajamas, which I ordered on November 14th. I was informed of a delay in stock with a promise of delivery in a few days... I've requested a refund twice with no response. I'm really disappointed and need my money back to order from elsewhere. It's too late for Christmas. I advise others to buy elsewhere.

Nonexistent customer service. There is no way to amend or cancel an order once placed. It’s disappointing, and I will seek alternatives in the future.

Exercise caution!

Exercise caution! I ordered personalized pajamas through a retailer in September for Christmas. They were on discount, so I thought it was a good deal. Shortly after, I received a call from a representative explaining they were out of stock and asked if I could wait for the next batch. I agreed and confirmed my order details. Unfortunately, I have not heard or received anything since. I've contacted both the retailer and the service multiple times without success. It's very frustrating without a contact number, having to wait for email responses! Improvement is needed!

Wouldn't even give it one star!

I wouldn't even give it one star! I ordered 10 pairs of personalized pajamas for Christmas Eve back in August to avoid size issues. I received 9 pairs and was told one size was out of stock and would arrive in September, so I agreed to wait until October. By October, I still had no pajamas, so I emailed for an update. I received various excuses, including that the boss was driving to London to collect the delivery. Each week I was promised they would arrive the following week! Still no pajamas, and my emails are now being ignored. I've requested to return the rest of the order and asked for a refund, but once again, I'm being ignored. I will never buy from this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. This experience has been nothing but stressful. I will be contacting trading standards.
