Closets were easily installed

Closets were easily installed - some pieces were damaged, but we remedied quickly. We bought the extension package due to our tall ceilings and the bridge pieces did not fit nor were there instructions for their installation. We had parts we didn’t know what to do with. In the end we did not install the bridge pieces. Overall a good experience, but this is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Finished project is wonderful

Finished project is wonderful. Only complaint is that the space left in the depths of the units did not plan to be fully packed with clothing. This creates a situation for the closet doors do not easily close.

Excellent quality

Excellent quality. Fairly easy to put together once we figured it out. Tom was excellent. He drew up our plans based on what I told him we were looking for and made changes as needed.

Alls well that ends well

I picked this company for my workshop cabinets because of the good reviews and the good experience I had working with the designer. It went downhill fast after that. The cabinets detailed specs showed a height dimension that only gave me 1/2 inch of clearance at the ceiling. I confirmed this dimension with the designer and service manager before ordering to be sure. They arrived 1 inch higher than the specifications which meant we had to cut 1 inch off all of the stainless legs. This resulted in the cabinets not being high enough to clear the baseboard. So the baseboard had to be removed or notched to get a flush fit against the wall.The cabinet doors arrived in a different color than the cabinets. They sent new ones but they were damaged in shipment and had to be reordered. Initially, I was very dissatisfied with the whole thing.But they did address the extra cost that I incurred and the product itself is excellent. All suppliers have things go wrong. It is how they address them that matters most to me and these guys did that in the end. So I’m giving them four stars in spite of all of the issues.
