I purchased shoes for 125€ in December 2025, and they appear to be counterfeit. • Incorrect sizing: the shoes are much smaller than the size I tried at an official store. • The synthetic fur is poor quality, crumbling and shedding, which is not what I expect from authentic products. • The sole is extremely stiff and uncomfortable, lacking the flexibility of genuine footwear. • The QR code on the label is invalid and does not lead anywhere, indicating a fake product. Given the poor quality and lack of verification, I believe this product is not authentic. I strongly warn against buying from this seller, as it feels like fraud.

I ordered shoes on November 29. Throughout the process, the parcel was untraceable. I received automated responses to my messages. Thirteen days later, I was notified that my parcel was on its way, and I received my order on December 13. The quality of the goods was excellent, but the long wait and uncertainty about whether I was being scammed was stressful. They need to improve their delivery process.
