We signed up a year ago and then went a different direction. They charged us monthly fees, the whole time and just said "the fees were valid". No humanity. "That is what the rule book says." They will try to squeeze you for every cent.
Do not get get Moneris Solutions. I've been a customer since 2018, and due to business model change I had to return my terminal back. They charge $220 dollars as a restocking fee. When asked, its on our contract and when you return the device its an blanket fee and nothing can be done about it. I will never do business with Moneris again.
