Tara at Moneris Solutions was absolutely outstanding. We where working several groups of people, but none of them could identify why we couldn't get our account launched. Usually when you call any tech support one feels rushed by the agent; however, my experience with Ken was completely the opposite. He took time to listen to my issue, and made sure that he tried everything to fixed it on the spot. Even after once we agreed that it wasn't able to be done on the same day, he kept working on his end and once it was sorted he called me back to confirmed with me that the issue was solved. His calm, secure, pleasant and knowledgeable demeanor and personality were just a bonus throughout the entire interaction. Thank you Moneris for having him in your team.
I could not be more disgusted with Moneris. We had a fraudulent transaction, I contacted Moneris before they even new it happened. Two months later, they called and said they needed to take the money back and it would happen in the next 3 or 4 days. They took the money that night (that was ok) but they also froze our Moneris accounts so that 15K that should have gone into our accounts did not. I was never once told by Moneris that they would be freezing the account AND they also took almost $1000 out of our account for no reason at all. AND NOW THEY'RE STALLING! Do not do business w/ Moneris! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!
