I have been an active seller on MoneyMotion for one year. My account suddenly changed to "moneymotin beta", my account details were deleted, and $4,000 that was waiting for payout is missing. Support told me active accounts were not migrated to the new system — yet they never transferred my funds or allowed re-registration. This looks like fraud. I demand an immediate transfer or full refund and a clear explanation.
EDIT: I WAS WRONG, I NEVER SEEN THE EMAIL REGARDING V2, AND SUPPORT HAVE REPLIED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I APPRECIATE MONEYMOTIONS EFFORTS TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SATISFIED. I have been using moneymotion for only a couple months, and to be honest they paid me on time for the time i used it until now. All my balance, including security deposit has disappeared along with my sales data. I literally have $0 on the site now when it was in the $140 range. My password was also changed on the site which i have changed back. i am unsure what is happening if they have just took my money or it is a site error, i have seen similar stories with people using moneymotion though. I will change my review if this is a genuine error and is resolved
I have been dealing with moneymotion for around 2 years, and they are currently holding over $15,000 of my money. I have made many attempts to contact them about the issue in both emails and the complaint tab of the dashboard, and they have failed to send my funds.They have terrible customer support, and take weeks to respond most of the time. The few times they do they provide no real help and only give excuses for everything. This is a scam platform, that has trapped my funds with no intention to ever pay me out.
They are complete scammers. please stay away. I messaged them countless times. they closed my account for no reason and are keeping the 120$ saying they will return it after 180. Now that i try to log back into my account it doesnt exist. Its like they are purposely closing these accounts so we don't have a say. No emails reply. I hope someone can look into this and have them arrested.

In my experience, when issues arise, as they inevitably can in any business, MoneyMotion addresses them, keeps us updated, and ensures payouts are made.For anyone concerned about withheld balances, I can confidently say that based on my history, those funds do get paid out in full. For the past 4 weeks, i’ve been dragging moneymotion’s support team to give me a response, however, no success. My account was closed in early July-August due to an account and compliance review, and I was informed that my remaining funds would be held up to six months before release. Since september 30th, I’ve sent four follow-up emails all ranging on different dates (Oct 8, 9, 16, & 23) kindly requesting transparency on the exact amount being held and the projected balance that will be released, but i have yet to recieve a reply. Keep in mind, I sent it to three of their email domains (compliance, support, & another support email) It’s extremely unprofessional and annoying to be left in the dark regarding a hold on funds. Transparency and communication should be the bare minimum for a payment processor and in my experience, Moneymotion has failed horribly at support & communication. All im asking for is a clear and simple confirmation of the amount being held and the timeline of it being released, as stated in their own compliance message. I hope this review finally incentivizes them to make a proper response and resolution.
I used the service for a while, yeah sure there has been alot of delays of payouts but at the end of the day the service does work and it does what i needed it to do, the only thing is that it would be cool having a discord server or telegram becouse the email support team is extremely slow, overall i reccomand using moneymotion if you are a small buisness, simply there is a lack of usefull features that are in competitors like paddle, stripe, sumup and some others
Moneymotion.io is a company that delays payouts for weeks leaving merchants with very vague explanations that are constantly changing week after week. Multiple promised payout times on the explanations, when it comes time to pay they have another excuse. Customer support is non-existent and will never reply back to you. If you cannot afford to wait weeks for a payout, moneymotion is not for you and I recommend you to stay far away. (22 days since last payout)
I have 8900$ locked, they are not asking for any doucement or stuff, they are not talking about anything wtf is going on is that even legal ? Do they have a telegram or discord server ? YOU DONT NEED TO ANSWER WITH AN EMAIL ADRESS YOU KEEP ANSWERING WITH BULLSHIT WE WANT A REAL ANSWER
My experience with MoneyMotion was positive until recently. The last payout I received was on August 8, and nothing since then. The payout date was silently moved to August 18 with different explanations, but on that date they announced they were undergoing a compliance process that would cause further delays. Today is August 25 and I still haven’t received anything. Their support is unresponsive, and there is no clear indication of when payouts will actually be made. This is highly unprofessional.EDIT :They eventually sent the payouts on August 30 after all this time. I will personally continue using them but they should make sure that this never happens again the future!
