Payout has been delayed and delayed for 3 weeks now. Poor transparency from the people running the company and half the time they don’t even reply to you.Edit:they resolved their issues, money has been received.Could have been handled slightly better then it was, but at least its all resolved now and we can all continue operations.Edit 2:it would be great if you could have a discord server or telegram group for more frequent updates and for us to faster discuss issues that we face. As emailing is alot longer process and waiting for a reply
Extremely disappointed with the service. My last payment was on August 8, and despite being on a weekly payout schedule, my payments have now been delayed four times. This has created serious issues for me, as I can’t cover the costs needed to keep my servers running, which in turn has upset my buyers. The lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable.
I’ve been using MoneyMotion for a while and honestly it’s been a nightmare. They always delay payouts. My last one was supposed to land on the 15th, then they silently pushed it to the 18th, then to the 22nd, and now suddenly they say their company is “under review” and move it again to the 25th (or even later). No announcement, no proper explanation, nothing.It feels like they’re holding people’s money hostage on purpose. The fees are insanely high, support is useless (takes forever to reply and when they do, it’s copy-paste nonsense that doesn’t solve anything), and the whole platform looks unprofessional and unreliable.They also change things without warning. Payout dates suddenly move, fees increase out of nowhere, and you never get a straight answer. Communication is terrible. Instead of being transparent with merchants, they just hide behind vague excuses.At this point it doesn’t even feel like a payment processor, it feels like a scam operation. They don’t care about merchants, only about squeezing more money and stalling payouts for as long as possible. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never plan to pay at all.Terrible company, terrible service, terrible experience. If you value your business and your money, avoid MoneyMotion at all costs.
If I could give this company a 0, I would. They are a complete scam and their support is absolutely abysmal. I’ve been waiting over 5 months for the $162 USD that has been frozen in my account. I’ve repeatedly tried to close it down, but they have not allowed me to and have given me no response whatsoever.I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from them—they are scammers and an absolutely horrible company to deal with. They also own Sellhub, so avoid both at all costs. Never do business with them.This is a horrible company, and to this day, I’m still waiting for my money. I own a software service that generates four to five figures in monthly revenue. My SellHub store is linked to a MoneyMotion account, which has now been locked and frozen without any prior professional notice. This occurred after only two months of operation. I have contacted MoneyMotion support but have yet to receive any information or updates regarding the matter. This action has disrupted my buisness and over the week I have lost a considerable amount of revenue. If this continues I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings.
I've been a merchant for 6 years now. Worked with several payment processors (Square, GoCardless, Stripe etc.)After Sellix shutdown, sellhub including moneymotion arised. I was told by a good friend (who knows the owner btw) that the platform is the way to go.After reaching deep into 5-digit revenue my account got locked out of nowhere. No E-Mail notification, nothing. I've emailed them now for 5 days straight, not a single answer. My Discord server was full of customer tickets asking why they cant pay and to this day I cant figure out what the problem is.I have 3000 members willing to buy my services, but Moneymotion decided to not want money for some reason.Additionally there are a total of four payments which supposedly are chargedback. After getting in touch with these customers, asking why they chargedback, they ensured me that there was no chargeback issued-even offering to show proof through a bank statement.The owner remains silent, doesnt answer my friend. I even asked him to talk to customer support as he has probably more impact; sadly without effect as he's not getting a single answer.I've had 6 other merchants sign up through the referral system (my friend has over 10 afaik). Not a single cent was paid through there.TL;DR - avoid them, I'm going to update this review in case anything happens.
My account was recently reviewed, and was told that I was good to go after they successfully reviewed my account. But I’ve realized that moneymotion has been holding my money and disabling my account from receiving payouts or any withdrawals. I’ve tried contacting them through their support email and sent them numerous amount of emails, not a single response back. I even tried sending it through my second email, and no respond back. Till this day, I have not received any updates or email back about why they have temporarily disabled my account from receiving any payouts / withdrawals.
Para serem Portugueses fazem mesmo um bom scam. Pegam pagamentos e não deixam fazer withdraw. After emailing them for days, the support remains silent. Customers got money deducted from their cards, but moneymotion shows chargebacks. Customers verified with bank statements, that the chargeback never happened. Had to give out my entire work for free because of the fraudulent activities moneymotion does.
