It started of great, lewft 5 star review. Was lucky to win just under £300. Ever since, the games are giving BELOW £1-£10 wins on 50p bets. Thats not one game either, multiple games! You can see the reels changing last minute. It's ATE £140 back and every single free game ever since has been low low low low wins!!!!

So you can win, I've won over £60 today. It's nothing amazing, but much better than the recent under £5 wins I kept getting.
Thewy have the RTP and Volatility at the lowest possible settings so yes, it's VERY hard to win. BUT you do win. I was shocked on 40p bet to see another low £1.80 win but the base game gave me £38 straight after so wasn't bad!
Expect losing streaks with any bally casino provider.
Update: Won £36 on big bass floats my boat. again, not the best on 40p but for those saying it doesn't let you win, it does. You got to play multiple games not stick to one :) Total today: £100

Recently, there was an offer where for every £150 wagered, you earned an entry to win money. Despite wagering thousands and getting over 50 entries, I didn’t win anything. This is the last straw for me, and I won't be depositing again. I've raised my concerns multiple times, but the support team seems indifferent, meaning they've lost a reliable £1000 a month from me.
The platform allows deposits but can close accounts, leaving users unable to access their funds. The support team offered no help at all. I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money with this unreliable service.
My account got closed on my birthday, which is disappointing. I received an email stating that my details were shared with an operator, resulting in my account closure.
