We used Monte Carlo car rentals for all of our car/transport needs around Amman and Jordan. We rented a car for 10 days to travel around and see the sights AND used their services for our airport transfers. Driving in Amman is a bit hectic for those who do not know the chaos, but the car they gave us was clean, large and had a great boot space. This was necessary for 4 adult travellers. They even brought the car to our hotel in Amman, to save us going back and forth to the airport to get it. They also provided some much-needed tips on speed limits, speed bumps (randomly found everywhere!) and all things driving.We changed our plans and kept the car an extra day, and they were great about that.The price is very reasonable and better than using the big overseas companies.We also used them for airport transfers and they were fantastic. They were prompt, easy to communicate with and easy to find.
I'm dealing with Monte Carlo -Jordan since couple of years.They are amazing people.They respond very fast when you text them. They DON'T play around with shady arguments or wierd manuplayive arguments to steal yoir money like some other companies.Their cars are so economical (I as single rent the small ones).Their pickup/drop service from the airport is so fast and never had a delay.All in All I recommend them 100%
Everything was great with Monte Carlo car rental! Khaldun was the agent who helped me and he was FANTASTIC! I especially liked the ability to message on WhatsApp and the responsiveness of Monte Carlo to get right back to me. I will definitely use them again on my next trip to Jordan.

We did our recent road trip in Jordan and experience with Monte Carlo car rental is good, with pick up and drop off from the airport. The road is quite bumpy and the new car we got is a bit low so would advise to go for a higher bumper car. Other than that, overall we had good experience and fast respond from the company when we faced some issues in starting the car engine. The maintenance guy communicated well and helped us to fix the problem over WhatsApp call. Highly recommended for the service!
Exceptional Service! I've been their client since 2016 and they are amazing in their professionalism and punctuality and customer service. Mr. Ehab is my contact person and he is beyond phenomenal as he would always make things work! All I need to do is text him my dates of travel and he plans it all and I get a clean and very well maintained car delivered to the door. I'll never forget how this summer we decided to get a bigger car for a Dead Sea trip instead of the smaller car we were already renting, I called Ehab at 9:00am asking if there is a way to rent a larger car for the day and I needed it at 10:00am (in my head I knew its impossible) but the next thing I know is we are meeting half way with one of their drivers who switched our car with a larger one! Ehab always makes it work and ensures that everything is perfect. I highly recommend Montecarlo to anyone who wants a smooth and professional car rental experience in Jordan.
