This is the fourth time we come to Jordan and we rent from Monte Carlo, and they never disappoint! The whole renting experience from them is very easy from the point of them picking us at the airport and until we handover the car again! Totally recommended! We are also getting married in Jordan soon and we even recommended Monte Carlo to our guests coming from abroad! They were nice enough to offer us a discount code for our wedding guests too!! Highly recommended!

From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations.The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my rental choice. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.At arrival we simply texted one of Monte Carlo friendly staff and we got picked up from the airport by a shuttle to one of their AirPort offices which is 5 min drive away, great thing is that they are open 24 Hours! Monte Carlo team invited us to a cup of coffee, and quickly explained some highlights, we simply signed the contract and was ready to begin our road trip in Jordan.We got offered a portable WIFI device & Big bonus for Families is that this company offers car-seat rental service as well!The car I rented was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We drove smoothly, and I had no issues whatsoever during my rental period.I found the pricing to be very competitive and transparent. There were no hidden fees, and I appreciated the clear breakdown of costs upfront. Renting a car from Monte Carlo Rent A Car was an absolutely great experience. They picked us up from the airport and drove us to their office to figure out the paper work. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. The car was in great condition and it made our trip in Jordan so pleasant!
Monte Carlo was the best option to hire a car in Jordan, the team met me at the Airport upon arrival and escorted me to their office (all in 10 minutes), they offered me a free Cafe and they was professional, the rental process was smooth and fast, I was ready to drive my vehicle in 10 minutes ( just provide them with photo of passport and driver license before arrival), also, they offered me to wave the security deposit (no security deposit) by adding the SCDW to rental agreement which was a great idea and give me the opportunity to drive without thinking about any damage may occur, only they need a polive accident report in case of damage or accidents.They were professional and sure I recommend them as a rental car in Jordan
Came across this car rental during my research for someone’s online blog. Very competitive prices compare to your usual airport car rental companies and significantly good reviews were my reason to choose Monte Carlo. Process of booking was very simple, I got confirmation back very fast with all information needed. At the airport we were supposed to be greeted by representative, however they weren’t there. Good thing we called in and we were responded to immediately, staff were very communicative and easy to get hold off, we were directed to pick up place and then taken by the driver to rental. Car given was in good stated and great value for money. Staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly, explained to us everything we needed to know. Had no issues with the car, drove all the way to Wadi Rum/Aqaba through Petra and Dead Sea, back to Amman. I am really glad I found that recommendation, thank you for great experience!
