We booked the car a few months ago from the UK before coming to Jordan. We got a reminder the day before about the rental and the pick up. There was a little confusion about the pick up as we had asked for the car to be dropped to us at the hotel. After that was cleared up, they dropped the car to us at the airport hotel in Amman and signed the paperwork. Showed us the essential papers for the car- (which you will need as the police stop you randomly- but they are very nice about it) - how the bluetooth worked and the usb cables etc. we paid them and got the car. It was clean - a big 4x4 as requested with a full tank.Luckily we did not need to contact them during our car hire of 7 days. We got a reminder about the car pick up the day before to confirm pick up point. They picked the car up from us from our hotel in the Dead Sea - again no fuss,smooth and hassle free car hire - thank you for your great service. We would definitely use their service again when we come back to Jordan.
