Review Time
Awful. Don't use. I have used them a few times. The products are ok if expensive so I wait for the 'offers'. However beware, they tell you there are discounts but then take the discount away as you are paying. I just spent ages ordering some products because I was promised 15% off. I kept checking back to see if it was working. As soon as I paid, I checked the invoice email. Between ordering and payment they had taken away the 15%. I triple checked the discount was applied so they definitely took away the discount, as I pressed 'buy'. I thought this must be a tech glitch so I emailed them immediately, within minutes of the transaction, asking them to honour the 15% offered. However when they (Courtney) refused to, it became obvious that this was not a tech glitch but something that is business as usual. I am 100% sure the 15% discount was there, I checked several times. but they made it disappear as the payment went through. Minutes later they wouldn't refund me or honour the 15%. i will never ever trust them again. Customer lost. I'm telling as many people as possible to avoid them as they promote themselves to vulnerable people with cancer who really don't need this stress.
This wonderful company have again excelled themselves with their kindness, caring and attention to customer service. I use most of their products in my skin and hair care and absolutely love them. The lip balms are all wonderful. The SPF40 moisture cream suits my skin which is incredibly sensitive and the marshmallow balm is great on sore bits. Hair stuff makes my hair shine and bounce and what more can I say than I’m a loyal fan and customer for life… thank you Moo Goo Team. You are the best!
Ordered a week ago and website states that once payment has cleared then orders will be dispatched right away. Not heard anything from the company since and order not yet dispatched. Have emailed to cancel after seeing similar experiences here, but no response. Going to raise a dispute with my bank.UPDATE: as soon as this review was published I received a dispatch notification from MooGoo - so you have to write a public review in order to receive your goods. How odd.
Ordered from their website and when the items had not been dispatched 5 days later I tried contacting them via email and phone with no response or answer. I have now cancelled the order, judging by another review I am concerned this will also be ignored, I will have to raise a dispute with my bank if no response, do not purchase products from this company.
I’m awarding only one star solely for the total lack of customer service or responsiveness. I placed an order 10 days ago and have been contacting the company to find out when it would arrive. They fail to acknowledge or respond and now asking for a refund. Of course no response to that either. Don’t deal with this company online. They are truly dreadful. Some independent pharmacists stock the products so much safer to buy from them. I can only assume I won’t get a refund from this company for my order so they also seem happy to take money from people too.
I have had the worst allergic reaction to these products so although they say they are safe for sensitive skin I would dispute this. I have asked to return and for a refund several times with no reply. I would not recommend this company for the products or the service
I placed an order on 30th June with standard paid postage. By 6th July, I still hadn’t received a dispatch email, so I contacted you to ask for the order to be cancelled as we were going away and it hadn’t yet arrived.I then emailed on the 8th, 10th, and 11th July, each time asking for someone to just acknowledge my message. I’ve had no response at all, not even a quick reply or an update.I completely understand that delays can happen, and I really want to support small businesses. I’m also aware from your website that you were moving warehouses from 1st July - (although this wasn’t advertised at the time of my ordering). But even so, someone should be monitoring emails or, at the very least, have an automatic reply set up to manage expectations. Being ignored for two weeks is really poor customer service.Yesterday, I received a refund notification, but this was just an automated email - still nothing from a human being. The whole experience has just been disappointing, and unfortunately it means I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.
I love using Moogoo Cosmetics. Their products are natural and excellent for sensitive skin. They are very gentle and free of harsh chemicals. Their customer service is also excellent! I have been a satisfied customer for a couple of years. While I enjoy exploring different brands, Moogoo is a favorite that the whole family enjoys.
