Extremely well organized company, from the first contact, via the delivery of the scooter, and finally the pickup. The vehicle was delivered to my address, and corresponded from there. Also, very easy to communicate: the email or whatsup messages were promptly responded. Just Best!

Service was fantastic and very accommodating

Service was fantastic and very accommodating. Arranged with Motion4rent to deliver and pick up the rollator at rental agent prior to our arrival and after our departure from our apartment. Rollator was excellent quality with seat and large wheels, which allowed my wife to comfortably go on all our walking tours in Paris. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again.

Excellent service start to finish

Excellent service start to finish. The equipment provided was exactly as promised, problem free and was so easy to use, it really allowed me to make the most out my trip to Greece. Making reservations was very easy

Making reservations was very easy. Communication was just as easy. The response time was almost immediate. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservations as my tour group was not able to accommodate the scotter I emailed motion4rent regarding cancellation and they responded within less than 5 mins. Prior to making reservations I did contact other rental agency and received no response. I highly recommend this company, their efficiency is stellar!JM.
