I've been a regular customer for over 10 years. The staff have been consistently responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and they provide excellent customer service. I buy most of my gear from them on line, between 10-15 transactions per year. The kit is generally carefully selected by them and very good quality and the choice is extensive; but I probably return 30-40% of it for whatever reasons but the returns service is also first rate. Efficient with good communication and refunds are prompt. I occasionally venture down to the shop which is always a worthwhile experience with a very high standard of personal service. Highly recommended in all areas!
This is the first time I’ve shopped at Motor Legends and I turned up and Alex gave me a personal service sold me my Klim Marrakesh set spent 2 1/2 hours making sure we got the size correctly and then each time I’ve put a layer on I sat on the Motorbike in the shop to make sure I was comfortable and then once we had the size right, we’re there now to choose the colours upgrade the armour and buy my boots and gloves. i’ve got to say Alex wasn’t pushy at all. He wasn’t trying to sell me stuff and his advice was great. The whole experience was like being in a up market boutique up in London but at the normal prices Chris chipping the Cap allowed me to have a selfie with him, even though he was in a meeting with Shoei company Limited. Even the coffee was lovely didn’t really like the biscuit laugh out loud. my experience was so overwhelming really that I’m now coming back to get a personal fitting service on a shoei helmet. i’ve got to be honest with you if it wasn’t for Chris the Chap in the Cap his videos I would not even think of coming to your store. I’m pleased I’ve listened to how the store operates and after receiving such great service, it all makes sense to me. please keep making the videos however my wife is getting fed up with listening to your voice when I’m when I’m laying in bed watching them.
One of the few good companies out there. Not only do they select great items to stock (if it’s your style), that do the job the brand claims, but they also seem to guide some of the brands they stock in a positive direction. I’ve ordered online and visited once. Well worth a visit but be prepared to wait as they operate a 1:1 service. Don’t go just to browse without intending to buy as you’ll be disappointed. But if you want to buy quality stuff that fits you, their recommendations will be spot on.
Also if you need a helmet, get a Shoei PFS, you’ll end up with a perfectly fitting helmet for no extra cost.
Last order was a sale item (sale items online only), some Halvarssons waterproof pants that I can’t find any fault with.
I ordered a Klim Zephyr that was on sale. The online discount didn't apply, so I reached out via email, and the representative was fantastic, giving me the same discount even though the offer had ended. Always great support from the entire team. Thank you!
I visited a location to buy a jacket, and just two weeks later, they had a sale on all products. I ended up buying another jacket at 25% off! When I contacted the support team the following Monday, they kindly agreed to refund the full price for the first jacket and remove it from my order. Excellent service that saved me money and an extra trip! I've always had positive experiences with this company, whether shopping in-person or via mail order. Thank you from a satisfied customer.
