I ordered a We The People Swampmaster and literally had it 2 days later. It was quite unbelievable. It arrived in perfect shape and the order was correct and I am impressed enough to write this review so that has to say something. Every time you order anything you’re taking a chance and from my experience this company couldn’t be any better to deal with. Awesome.

Issue with return item.

Issue with return item.. Movatik shipped out an incorrect item & I returned it using their shipping label. Fedex lost the item & Movatik was issued a refund from Fedex. They have not passed on any refund.Their customer support phone number does not work, nor their "live chat". I would check that before any purchase. The email support is, being kind, slow.Happy to update as this progresses, but currently a very poor experience.Two additional weeks have now passed. Movatik "customer support" no longer responds at all to my requests for any update on the refund progress.I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and note that the business in not BBB accredited, and has a history of complaints with BBB.From web searches on the company they appear to have ~20 employees. They have been in business for ~10 years. Suspect walking into the retail store you will do fine, but I would recommend avoiding any online purchase. They are not REI or EMS or Amazon.I will continue to post updates. Still hopeful the issue will get resolved.

Defective new product and no warranty? Really!!!

I purchased a pair of MTB short and after the first wash, the stitches started to come undone. I contacted and they refused to exchange it and instead issued me a miserable partial refund. So frustrating and not up to business standard. I will never do business with them again!

My Wife ordered a Bell Custom 500 motorcycle helmet from Movatik for me for Christmas. She sized the helmet (M 57cm-58cm) by using the size from my Arai helmet that fits perfectly (size M 57cm-58cm). When I tried the Bell helmet on, it did not fit. Not even close.We contacted Movatik to exchange the helmet for a larger size. Movatik replied that the sale was final because the sale price ended with a “.97” and is “Deep discounted.” Sure enough, their return policy has that disclaimer. The Helmet is a good price compared to full price, but only a few dollars less than other shops that have far better return policies.Super disappointing for first time customer experience.Lessons learned:1. Read return policies before pulling the trigger.2. Shop local if you need a sized item or go to one of the other players (Revzilla, J.P. Cycles etc.) who have better return/exchange policies.

I ordered a Lumos adult white bike…

I ordered a Lumos adult white bike helmet That was the wrong size. This company only makes helmets in medium/large or extra-large and my head seem to be a size in between those two. In a world where finding anyone to help you with customer service is becoming a rarity, Alex from Movatik immediately responded to me, helped me fix my problem, and immediately shipped another helmet to me. It was by far one of the best service customer experience as I have had in years.

Movatik does it right

I initially ordered an EVOC bike bag from another company (Pro Bike Kit) about six weeks before I was planning to fly with my bike. Their web site said it was on hand and would be delivered would be 5-7 business days. After waiting four weeks, the bag still wasn't delivered and the company couldn't give me an estimated new delivery date, so I decided to buy from Movatik. The experience was awesome! Movatik's price was much cheaper than most other sellers and the bag was delivered to my door in 3-5 days as described on their web page. They also followed up to see how the deliver went and to ensure the product was ok. This is how it should work. I'll definitely shop with them again.
