i made a ticket 2 zone from Bodenhoffs Plads (Prinsessegade)Busterminal direction Nordvest, then at one point come the controller at Hulgårds Plads (Frederikssundsvej) Busterminal, he give me a sanction because my ticket was say Zone 43??? and zone 2??? is not my mystic apparently movia send out people not even know where they do live and work! one attitude of a gangstar! im sure about it, if that dude making sanction for fun it was in my land we was send him to push around the bus!! they making mystic on the sale of the ticket and they give you a bad day because they're no sense position! know i got to call send mail for no reason! they just pretend they're the right people???? MOVIA YOU ARE A HUGE SPAM AND SCAM FOR ALL THE DANISH SOCIALITY!!!!
I understand the concept of a monopolist, but this company really is at the bottom of the barrel. How is it possible to be so unprofessional. Buses drive like the wind blows, they do not keep to their schedule one bit or simply don't come at all. But instead of showing some service mindedness, they simply drive on if you do not manage to stand exactly at the station when they happen to pass by, even if they come too early. Do they even realise that people are depending on their service, that it is not exactly fun when you have to pick up your kid or drive to work and the bus does not show up for fully 40 minutes? Their customer service is laughable, and simply denies everything. When will the ministry for transport finally step in and do something? It's ridiculous for a rich and modern country like Denmark to have such poor public transport.
