Last night the bus didnot came in Rejseplan it was shown but exact time bus didnt came have to wait 1 hour in the night …late from work and 1 hour wait in the cold …..its just a scam notjing eles

Bus never comes on time

Bus never comes on time. Make my life in Denmark really hard. Most of the driver are rude. I don’t know why I have to pay high price for this low quality service

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they don't post delays anywhere, had to wait 45 minutes the bus still not coming. No 24 ur customer service, had to take a cab, they know they made a mistake, they didn't even apologize during the chat with their agent!!! Very poor for a company like this!!!!

Horrible service

Horrible service. I dont know How you could ever allow drivers to show up several minutes early, not waiting and typing it in the app after leaving. Multiple times have i been left in the cold by either late, early og drivers not showing up at all or driving away while i was running after and banging on the Doors, then having to wait 30 minutes on the next one. Also in the summer times, there is No such Thing as Air conditioning and get extremely hot and crammed up. I didnt give them a 1 because it fits right, i gave it because it was the lowest on the scale.

There's a reason why less people are…

There's a reason why less people are using Movia. 1.prices are going up and the bus service is becoming worse. 2. The buses break down all the time, they are dirty, too warm in the summer, too cold in the winter and the check in machines are constantly broken.3. The buses are late ALL THE TIME, sometimes they never show up right now my pregnant girlfriend has to wait in the rain because the busses are constantly late. 4. How about using less money on ticket controllers and upgrade your crappy buses???Travel to Malmö and you will be jealous of their clean,new and modern buses.

Denmark has the worst bus service you can imagine its impossible to believe how rich Denmark they say it is i very poor countries in Africa with better buses and more fresh inside. The buses are extremely hot are expensive, miserable, poor and the shame of Denmark one of them coz its have several more

the incompetence is unbelievable

I live in Copenhagen and I am 48 years old so I have experienced public transport for quite a while. I remember when H.T. was the bus company and they actually arrived on time. Movia is the worst company ever. They don't arrive on time or don't show up at all. Especially the line 9A. They should be ashamed. I have to get up and stand by the bus stop 20 min earlier than according to the time schedule just to encounter their incompetence or I would be late for work everyday!!! Why can they be late when I can't??? Worst worst worst company.

I tried to catch bus 350s scheduled for…

I tried to catch bus 350s scheduled for 8:28. It never shows up. Never mind, I think, because 350s is scheduled to run every 10 minutes, so I'll just catch the next one. I check the electronic sign at the bus stop, which says that the next bus will come not in 10 minutes, but in 26 minutes. This a problem as I will miss my appointment, but there's nothing I can do. I go to get a coffee at the coffee shop next to the bus stop, but as I walk out 2 minutes later, I see bus 350s pulling out of the bus stop. I've written while waiting on the next bus for 20 minutes, in the freezing cold.So yes, even in Copenhagen, Movias busses either don't show up, or show at random times. Totally unreliable and disastrous for passangers.
