Polite,work team,clean neat, efficient.Always answer any questions I ask. So great to always feel any problems will be solved. Totally reliable.I think the team at M&R including office staff who answer the phone are brilliant. Simply the best, better than all the rest!(To quote Tina Turner!).
Every interaction went wrong. Initially diagnosed a part issue with a boiler for repair, next chap who turned up said I should really have just gone for a new boiler instead and the part wasn’t needed, which was £500 of advice that could have been saved. Part couldn’t be returned but I didn’t get to keep it despite paying for it. Paid off my bill but was still hassled about the original call out which I thought had been paid when I rang them. Was told I’d get called back but never did when contacting them. No interest or acknowledgment in what went wrong but 10/10 for asking for money.
These guys were amazing to us, first thing was, as I was getting a qoute and booking in our new boiler, Chantelle on customer service was great and helpful, and got me booked in very quickly. Then when the day to fit the boiler came the 2 engineers Finn and Wes were excellent, very tidy work and efficient, just got on with it, but when it came time to ask them a question about things I wanted to know about, they were more than happy to answer with a helpful attitude too.Thank you M and R you were great 👍
After speaking to Mike regarding my boiler I was a bit hasty in my review I thought Mike Williams was trying to fob me of but after united utility came to check the water pressure was very low .and I have a problem with pressure inside the property so I oppolgise to Mr Williams and Mr group
