I’ve just had a boiler fitted by M&R, and I would highly recommend them. The quotation explored what I wanted and needed in detail, and I was informed of the options available to me with detailed evidence of what would be best for me, and why. This hadn’t been the case with a number of other boiler quotations I had received from other companies.Once we’d agreed to go with M&R, the installation was booked quickly, which I appreciated as my current boiler was starting to become a concern. On installation day, the gents who installed the boiler were here early, and worked professionally, quickly and neatly and completed the majority of the work within the day and ensured that we had heating back on for that evening. The following day, the install was fully completed. Everything was left was tidy and clean and I was informed on how to use the boiler and thermostat. Throughout the whole process, I was kept informed and treated really well by everyone I dealt with at M&RI honestly couldn’t fault a single detail and would happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant service and experience guys, from my happy (and warm) family.

Having a broken boiler, Mick took time to explain our options of a repair on our 17 year old boiler or a new replacement boiler. After a little research we opted for a new boiler which was a fair price and an option for interest free credit too. Chantelle rang to confirm our order, arrange finance and installation. She was very helpful explaining the process and prioritised us as no heating. Jack and Liam arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our property covering the stairs with protective film and keeping mess to a minimum. They worked hard but took time to answer any questions we had. On completion they ensured all was okay and spent time explaining the heating controls. The old boiler and packaging was stacked neatly outside ready for collection the next day. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. We would not hesitate in recommending M&R Plumbing and Heating for a 5 star service.
