Big thanks to M&R for the 5 star level of service during their visit to solve problems with the heating system. From the outset, reception staff were helpful and efficient in arranging the appointment and ensuring the appropriate member of the team was allocated to the job. This was followed with a pre visit telephone call by the specialist to diagnose the problems. On site, he problem solved quickly and expertly, saving cost on time and materials. A really good professional, he was also friendly and caring.
We had issues with our 8yr old Volkera boiler, after repairing it we asked for advice as to whether it was nearing retirement. Peter said yes, but it could last another 12 months but may need more repairs he couldn't speculate. We decided to purchase a new Ideal boiler from him, he installed the system, tested it etc then removed all the old parts of the boiler as well as clearing all other parts associated with it. Peter is in our opinion a highly qualified Gas Safe engineer, very polite, honest & friendly> We would not dream of going anywhere else for any future central heating/boiler or water/heat situations
Decided to use MR, when our last boiler gave up the ghost.We had a number of quotes, (including the main players online), and once the very professional Mick had paid us a visit I dealt with Chantelle who was equally professional and courteous. I should add at this point, their quotation was pretty much the same as the two other companies we spoke to.They were very quick to give us a mutually convenient installation date, (bearing in mind we had no hot water), and their team arrived as arranged.Their installation team were very efficient and tidy and although there were a couple of issues these were dealt with very quickly to our satisfaction.I’d have no hesitation in recommending the team at MR for their conscientious attention to detail and their overall customer service.
