The quality is great and all additional requests placed by me they made sure to fulfill all my requests. The best thing I like about them is how supportive they are to the customers. Very quick responses, friendly environment. They provided me with an extra free cleaning kit as well. Im really satisfied with the doll I received. First time I got the silicone doll. Thanks to them for making me switch from porous TPE to medical safe silicone. The appearance, texture, quality of the Kate doll i ordered from them is extraordinary. Really loved it. Ordered from them on the 24th of February and got it delivered on the 5th of march, keep in mind this is from China all the way to the east coast of the U.S.Anyways, the package arrived with zero damage both on the outside and inside because of their really solid packaging (FREE SHIPPING!). Got the RUKI product from MRLDOLL and it has been an enjoyable toy. Very squishy and fun to dress-up. The feel of the product has a good texture and squishiness if fun to play with. Great to have fun with or squish like a stress ball. Also fun to dress up and have fun with putting it in costumes. Have had no issues with durability and feel decently and I've had no problems with the material being oily.A great product and would definitely recommend their products if your looking for what they provide.

The company posts really sold to me the product, honestly great camera work.I was even more impressed with how responsive the customer service was, with a direct WhatsApp message service on the actual site. The rep who helped me out was very receptive of what I was looking for and explained all the customization options, such as coloring of the nipples and areola size. It was quite a delight to experience!I must admit I was a bit hasty and did not get to follow up on my order, which the rep recommended me to do, to confirm the look of the product before shipping. Despite not being satisfied with the final look, the toy itself looks just a good as advertised.
