Review Time
Am hoping to resolve shipping address problem. My 2 orders seem to have beenShipped to a 4 yr old address that I have edited/deleted on 3 separate occasions. Emailed customer svc who replied nothing could be done as both orders had already been shipped. My reply was 1st fix your data bank updating problems, and 2nd if both orders returned to warehouse, reship free of charge to my 3 time corrected address. We shall see. Have been a loyal & frequent customer for over 15+ yrs. Hoping for excellent service.
e.l.f. Cosmetics are truly one of the best makeup brands out there right now. They provide affordable products which (for the most part) work super well!! It's a great alternative for other makeup brands that use harmful processes, such as animal testing - which e.l.f. does NOT do !! OH AND they give student discounts which is really helpful :)
Great company. Obviously this isn't the type of makeup that you expect to be like MAC. But I have to say, many products are just as good -- like liners, shadows. Also, the makeup brushes are GOOD! Many can easily be compared to high end brushes.
Color payoff is always great, and the website and shipping is on point. Fantastic to buy the basics without breaking your bank. Definitely recommend.
I love how they have good quality make-up for a really cheap price. The only problem is their shipping is kind of ridiculous, but they have coupon codes all the time, which is great =). Since they're items are cheaply made, their packaging breaks easily. Their shipping isn't the best. It usually takes a week and a half.
