I had been having a lot of difficulty upgrading multiple softwares because of changes by Canon, Apple and Microsoft, all of which had made previous softwares and platforms no longer compatible. I am an amateur and was at my wit's end, exhausted with the stress of trying to get softwares that would work / not paying for inoperable ones and belatedly having to try to sort things out. The guys at mssoftware were very patient, despite surely feeling that they were dealing with a complete idiot. It is that sort of after sales (and even before sales) service that makes all the difference. - Seriously. Thanks, guys, for all your help.
Key arrived within 10 mins. Step by step guide very helpful. App for uninstalling old versions of office 365 an important step. When installation completed I dropped them a note to advise how I know install complete as license expires after 7 days if not activated. Email response with 10mins giving details on how to check. Although this simple check should be in the installation steps.
The MSS service support was all I could ask for. Through my mistake I ordered the product twice but Josh in service support quickly resolved this and ensured I wasn't charged twice.Product downloaded, installed and activated totally with out problems. Thank you MSS.
I am 83, and did have a few problems with acting upon the instructions as given. I contacted the company and I was assisted by Steve who was very helpful and also very patient.Before he signed off he made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend MSSoftware
