Frauds Thy will do watever thy want without informing ,thy will increase charges without informing ,if asked thy say it's their wish ,if u stop using machine ,thy will send a executive to black mail in front of customer ,later thy will threaten to go legal Go thru reviews in Google you will know ,many are suffering
Fraudulent company, donot respond to emails of closing accounnt. Their collection team only calls and harras for outstanding rent which is not even outstanding. Now Mswipe should not write that please write to our helpdesk email id, as this email id doesnot respond to any of your queries
Pathetic service they dont respond the customersPlz dont use this fraudulent swiping machines its creates alot of problems to Customers they deduct alot of percentage very disappointing problems they do rotation in our money and dont transfer the money on time
Very pathetic experience from the service of technical support. When in need, they either dont pick the phone and on repeat calling they block our phone numbers. This kind of customer support was absolutely not expected. And now to surrender the machine they are not responding properly. I would never recommend mswipe to anyone.
I was requested Mswipe for surrender machine on March 2020. But didn't collect swipe mechine till now. Now they are asked rent for machine last seven months. I paid rent rupees 3540 for last seven months. But didn't collect machine till now. They are given mentally torchere. Please don't buy Mswipe machine.
I have called customer care to shut down my machine but they are not responding, every time they say they are raising a request. I don’t know why they are charging me double fees every month. Where should i complaint them for fraud transaction?
