Mswipe is one of the worst company and this company staffs are fraud.
it has been two week since our customers made the payment to us through credit card still it didn't give us credit, despite submitting the necessary documents it didn't respond to our queries. Neither they are giving us credit nor reverse the swiped amount to our customers.
We never experienced such as worst services and we appeal to the people that please never ever use this company's services.

I have been requesting to activate international card services on my device since last one year but all my efforts went in vain and am so frustrated that I had literally thrown the MSWIPE POS Machine into a gutter. Customer services are so pathetic and horrible. Each time a difference executive calls and ask stories since beginning of the case, several mails were sent to them with all relevant documents. It seems they want to shut down their operations in India. NEVER NEVER EVER OPT FOR MSWIPE Machine if you wish to have peace of mind in life and business.
Useless and disgusting customer care. None of the people working there know what there job role is and are not at all sound with anything i don't understand howw this stupid company is working. Technician doesn't know how to operate the POS machine, they take forever to resolve an issue. Any body pla ning to buy a POS please dontopt for mswipe
