although I can’t fault the delivery,I am frustrated by their reward program so fear I won’t bother ordering again. To collect stars for the reward program you have to send a photo of the number which is on the inside of the packaging,so this gift I bought has been opened before the recipient received it.I sent the photo only to be informed a few days later I hadn’t successfully collected my stars because no photo of the receipt was sent.I ordered through mugler site itself so they have my details,I on the other hand didn’t have a receipt to send.So won’t be returning,but will buy on the high street as it’s much easier to find bargains and rewards
