We didn’t have to wait, he was there waiting for us the moment we walked out the airport. Clear and precise directions to the meeting point was sent to us before we even landed in Medina. Mr. Faisal was very polite and professional, pointed out important sites and trendy restaurants on the drive to the hotel.
