Mr Tariq Ali was assigned as driver with me for a pick up from hotel to railway station in Madina. He timely established contact with me and was very efficient and responsive in his conduct. A cheerful and pleasant personalty who was very helpful and positive in his conduct. My appreciation for Muhabiya and their team for their efficient and responsive approach to visitors from Pakistan. We used this transportation service for our travel between Madina, Makkah, and Jeddah, and had a great experience. The driver was punctual, communication was smooth, and the van was clean and modern. We especially appreciated the insights he shared about various historical sites along the way.
I had a very frustrating experience with thetransport company used during our trip toMakkah and Madina. From the very beginning, the driver who picked us up at Jeddah airport was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was eager to leave and kept complaining about wanting to go home. He left several passengers behindafter a delay at customs and insisted on leaving with only a partial group. This caused confusion and the driver then told one of my cousins to go find the missing passengers you have 5 minutes!, not only that he was very persistent on wanting a tip, yet with his bad attitude and poor service - completely unacceptable.In summary, the transport company's poororganisation and lack of professionalismimpacted our experience. I would stronglyrecommend considering other options for the future.When it came to the Makkah Ziyarat tour, thecompany sent a 10-seat vehicle for our 12-person group, even after confirming the correct number of passengers. The solution they provided was to send a separate sedan for four people, which caused further issues. Those in the sedan had no guide and missed out on key information about the tour, which was frustrating.Additionally, the company had constant issues confirming the number of passengers and luggage. I had to repeatedly correct them they seemed disorganised and ill-prepared to handle our group. This confusion resulted in unnecessary stress and delays, which could have easily been avoided with better communication and planning. In summary, the transport company's poor organisation and lack of professionalism severely impacted our experience. I would stronglyrecommend considering other options for future trips as this service did not meet the expectations set by the travel agency.I have also given my feedback to the travelcompany to use alternate transport company as they are very incompetent.
I have moderate experience with this company. I worked with five drivers throughout my entire Umrah journey, and two of them provided me with five-star services: Mr. Sajjad and Mr. Kamran Khan. Mr. Sajjad was our Madina ziyara guide, and he truly went above and beyond to help me in every way he could. Additionally, I had experience with Mr. Muhammad Irfan, who was our Makkah ziyara tour guide. Unfortunately, I have to rate him 0 stars. He did not follow the schedule provided by the company for the ziyara, and he did not stop by Jabal al-Nour (Hira Cave), which was scheduled for a minimum of 15-20 minutes; he simply passed by. He was busy on his phone during our entire ziyara tour. I was surprised to discover that he could not speak English, especially since I had confirmed with my booking agent that I needed a guide who could speak English. Furthermore, our driver from Makkah hotel to Madinah hotel was Mr. Imran Shah. When he arrived at the hotel parking lot, he was already 30 minutes late according to his schedule. We were waiting hotel parking lot about 45 minutes. There were six passengers, and the company allowed us to carry 10 luggage items. When Mr. Imran saw there were 9 pieces of luggage, he immediately stated that he could not carry all nine pieces of luggage in his car’s trunk; we needed to use the seats. When I replied that the company had given us permission to carry up to 10 pieces, he intended to leave us in the parking lot and said it would be better if we contacted the company as he was leaving. Then, the hotel staff intervened and stated that he could not leave our guests in the parking lot, and they helped us load all the luggage. When I informed the company WhatsApp number about my Makkah ziyara experience, no action was taken, and there was not even an apology. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company.**** After I reviewed at trunspilot, now you replied, why you didn't fixed the problem when I was Saudi Arabia??? If you really concern about customer Why you didn't offered me to ziyara at Jabal al-Nour (Hira Cave) as your driver intentionally did that. Why you didn't taken any action when I was at Saudi Arabia???? I have complain right way but there wasn't any reply from you. I went for Umrah with my family and 3 kids all the way from USA, they wasn't happy at all, you didn't even sent a massage to verify what happened, now you replied here trustpilot to get new customer, don't try to give hard time to guest of Allah.
