I can just repeat the experience of othets written before me. I wish i have checked on the opinions before purchasing, this is my lessons learned.
Do not buy from mundowear!
As per their website the delivery takes a week cc. In reality 2weeks passed and nothing received. Customer care is a bullshit, answering, but no real help.
Now after checking the opinions i do not have high expectation on the quantity neither.
Do yourself afavour and do NOT buy from them.
I purchased a dress & jumper taken 3 weeks to arrive . Very poor quality I don’t know how this company is still able to trade with all the poor reviews . I do wish I would have checked site before ever purchasing . I’m having the same difficulties as other people try to send back and get a refund . dreadful customer service site looks like items are French but if you look at the updates re delivery looks like coming from China .

Appalled at the level of deceit that this company can get away with, false advertising re material of clothing, absolute refusal to give returns address and constant higher level of discount on next item ordered from their store, which is obviously China based. I have reported to trading standards and to my bank as false selling
I ordered women's medium size polar fleece lined pants and received what appeared to be an extra small size. In addition, the pants sent contained no identifying size label. The company would not accept an exchange for size, but offered me a store credit of $15 for a $85 item.

sadly I have read the other reviews and I’m exactly in the same position. Paid £54 for a mohair jumper, when it arrived it looks nothing like the photo and is made of polyester. They won’t refund my money and offered eventually a credit of 65%.
I ordered a tracksuit in size L, and although the label says L, the actual fit is closer to an S. It doesn’t even fit my wife.The quality of the fabric is poor and feels very cheap.I placed the order on January 16th and it only arrived today, after two reminders.Long delivery time, wrong sizing, and low-quality material.Overall, a very unsatisfactory purchase. I would not recommend this store.
Wish I had checked here before ordering, Shoes have arrived and are too small - 30 days to return but of course, no response from Mundo after repeatedly contacting them..
Oh dear ! £54 for cashmere jumper from France. 3 weeks later £2 jumper from China arrived They even fake the delivery route, but click on the alternative tracker and it’s China The jumper that arrived is a comedy jumper. Hopefully you checked here before you bought
