No France , chinise. Quaility very low, no mach with picturew

The quality of the products received does not correspond to the images displayed on your website, which constitutes misleading commercial practice under European consumer protection legislation. Furthermore, the order took more than 15 days to be delivered. Since I formally exercised my right of withdrawal by email, I have not been provided with clear or lawful return instructions. Instead, I have only received repeated offers of discounts or exchanges, deliberately delaying the process and effectively preventing me from exercising my statutory rights. Additionally, I have been subjected to undue pressure and threats, being informed that I allegedly have only 30 days to return the products, including international customs clearance time, and that I must assume excessive return and customs costs. These conditions are contrary to EU consumer law, which guarantees the right of withdrawal without obstruction, intimidation, or disproportionate financial burden on the consumer.

Stay far away from this company.I ordered a sweatshirt that was sent from abroad to Denmark. The label that was supposed to be on the neck of the shirt was clearly cut off - the remains were left. There were no additional "washing notes" or the like in the shirt.I wrote to the company in France that I wanted my money back. I had to send it back to CHINA at my own expense and any customs duties were at my own expense.Otherwise I could keep it and get a 60% discount on my next order!I absolutely will not shop any more "junk" from there.

What I ordered was not the color I…

What I ordered was not the color I received. I order a women's sweater that was supposed to be a Kelly or emerald green. It arrived way past when they said it would arrive and was also a dark forest green brown. Not even close to the color they showed online. Funny thing is I order another Kelly/emerald green cable knit sweater with a big color from another company called DustyLewis, and it came a week later and WAS THE EXACT SAME FOREST GREEN BROWN COLOR as the one from MUNDO. Mundo acts as if they are a French company but both sweaters came from China.
