Ordered one of the 3D murals for my livingroom. Had a question re the cropping which was answered promptly so put my order in. Delivered within the timescale given and was well packaged.Have put my mural up today and I'm very happy with it. I've bought a skyline mural years ago (not from this company) and it was terrible to work with but this one was very good quality paper and went up easily.
We received the mural in a timely manner as was stated. When I had a question before ordering, they call me within an hour and was so helpful. The mural was easy to hang following their directions. We have had so many compliments--couldn't be happier!
Our mural arrived securely packed, easy to lay out five panels totaling 20 feet in length. The color depth is gorgeous, the vinyl very heavy duty and our brewery patrons have been loving seeing the drone image of our local lake on the wall. Our salesman Mike was super helpful and quick with responses. The only thing that was truly disappointing is the two inch overlap that our mural came with. Even cutting with a straight edge and super sharp razor, the lines were a teeny bit off so when adhering that cut edge back down, there’s ever so little wall showing through the seam in places. The last two panels we said forget it and just pasted with the two inch overlap. Sure you can see the slight bulge, but it’s so much better than seeing the wall. I would much prefer a matching edge, no two inch overlap. Good quality product though.
