Bought a record player from them and it did not work, submitted a return via the website and they never got back to me so I followed up with a email and still have not heard back from them. Don’t think I will be able to get my money back for a faulty item due to return request via the website and emails being ignored. Very unhappy with their customer service/support.
Utterly useless company. Ordered dining chairs; they arrived with parts missing; contacted the customer service people several times over two weeks, polite emails in an attempt to get assistance. No response. Wrote a negative Google review and suddenly I get a response within 3 hours! New chairs on the way, Great! Chairs arrived today, box damaged again and sticky-taped together, again. Guess what? Exact same parts missing, plus the bag of screws etc!!!! So some idiot in your storeroom is raiding boxes for parts and just sticking them back up and sending them to new customers! Now I have parts for 12 chairs that I cannot put together! So now I have to waste my time, energy and money going to Bunnings to try and get something to put these stupid chairs together because I have a bunch of pieces! Will never buy from these people ever again.
I ordered in December. They didn’t contact me or update me with anything they were doing. After I spent so much time with their pathetic Ai chat I was told it would deliver on the 9th. It still hasn’t arrived nearly 10 days later. No update and when I tried the chat, they ended the chat after I complained! DO NOT USE THIS RIDICULOUS AND CHEATING COMPANY!
Ordered a mattress and got informed on due date that it was out of stock. Next delivery 5 weeks after with no certainty. Temple and webster are marketing and selling products they do not have in warehouse. Called and emailed but customer service was inexistant. Only frustration with my guests at my doorstep.
We ordered a couch from Temple & webster that showed as in stock with a 2 day dispatch. 8 days later still hasnt been dispatched. We spoke with them and they said they would check with the warehouse but never got back to us, so after a couple more days we spoke to them again and said we would like to now cancel the order. The following day, instead of cancelling our order we get a notification saying couch has been dispatched. Surprise surprise.
We figure, well since its on its way now lets take it.
Couch arrives the following day, the delivery people were too lazy to remove the boxes off the crate, so left the whole thing on the crat on the garage. My daughter was the only one home at the time. So now we are left with a wooden crate that we have to dispose of, and cost us $60 to take it to the local tip.
Also one of the boxes was damages and the bottom part of the couch lining torn.
We are now emailing them to get this sorted.
All in all, one of the worst experiences ever. Will never shop with them again, nor do i recommend them to anybody. Look elsewhere

Ordered a product twice and received wrong items twice. Dealing with Customer service is so hard and most of the times they connect you to AI and you keep on going in circles. I gave up and kept the incorrect item due to frustration
Although i was happy with my lounge i ordered.I am not happy with how it was delivered to the wrong street address , and they refused to get the delivery contractor to go and get it saying as far as they are concerned its been delivered.we had to pay someone to go pick it up from where they left it and they cut me off on the chat
Exercise caution when buying items you're unsure of, as the support team is not very helpful for an online-only service. The terms indicate that returns will only receive credit. What about items that were misrepresented? They respond to inquiries only once a week.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer support was lacking, and every representative I spoke to seemed completely uninformed about my return order. Each one provided conflicting information. I received a damaged item that I wanted to return, but they sent me a return label with the wrong address. When I called, I was told it didn't matter and that the address had been updated. On the scheduled day, I called again to confirm the collection, only to be informed that it wasn't happening and the label was still incorrect. They eventually emailed me the correct label, but then I received a call from a delivery person who was at the wrong address for collection. This all occurred despite my multiple calls to correct the address, during which I was assured that it had been updated. The representatives were untrained and unprofessional.
Unacceptable customer service experience! I've never encountered such poor service. I ordered a bed on December 1, and it was supposed to leave the factory within a day. Now it's December 31, and it still hasn't arrived! There's no assistance, and no one responds! Today I received an email offering a refund, but that doesn't help at all! I've been sleeping on the floor for a month! The exact same bed is being advertised online today with the same 'one day to depart factory' claim! This feels like a scam, and someone needs to look into this company!
