Never even got to try out. Created account on 1/19 played through free credits given didn't have any issues, got on everyday collecting couldn't even play sc after first day as it stated needed to verify clicked it and taken to account but no button to verify. Contacted support yesterday after trying to make a purchase inputted information and then black screen went back to a message stating I needed to verify before. Again VERIFICATION BUTTON IS NOWHERE TO be found. Contacted support and hours later no reply.
Got on this even to see they replied back stating I had multiple accounts so due to security reasons account couldn't be verified. Sent proof that I have only one account and it hasn't even been open but less than a week and asked what other supposed account was and if it was due to phone number I'd had it only few months and could send proof. Waited again no reply got off went to check it if they got back to me and couldn't even login.

Bought a $49.99 package, got it up to 281SC.Upon redemption, they only refunded my $49.99 and gave me $25.Because they decided that since I got maybe 15SC of dailies, that my money was all under their rule 5.7 which says my money was made with free promotional money.

Another scummy scamming social casino. If you do not win within the money you spend with them, they will pull out the rulebook and say you can only get $25 maximum from free play winnings. Why it matters when you spend money i don't know, but plenty of other better social casinos that you have no limit to what you can win with freeplay. What a waste of time cashing out $100 to only get $25. Don't play here.
This casino, along with the others whose owners are UTech Solutions, LLC, are 100% scammers. They will use every loop hole and excuse to not pay you. If they can't use, "because our terms and conditions say so," then they will ban you. And they will ban you across every online casino they operate. They are shady. They don't operate like some fair and honest casinos. Stay away from Playtana, Mr. Goodwin, Sweepshark, Jackpot rabbit, Scarlet Sands. Can't say you were not warned if you're reading this.

By far the worst casino I've played on and I've played at all of the online casinos many times. Been playing for years and have never seen such horrible rtp. The one time a slot was doing decent it froze in me. Had to leave and come back. After that literally zero wins. I got not one bonus. I've tried this casino 3 times. Nothing but dead spins everytime. I did well on the free spins they offered and I have collected my .20 and .10 cents of daily free play.Last night and today, I have accumulated $250.00 in winnings. So I wrote to customer support to ask about min. cash out amount and how to verify my Id.They wrote back saying I need to have $100.00 balance and make a purchase to verify and cash out. Then they said that I could only cash out $25.00 of winnings won with free play.So, I haven't made a purchase yet.But I guess I will.Then I'll verify.Then I'll let you know how it goes.Here's how it went:-Purchased the $4.99 coin package.-Completed the ID verification through sumsub.-It said they would need to do a manual verification and it could take 24 hours.-Went to the redeem page. My $250.00 balance was displayed as available to withdraw.-But I found that there is a $100.00 limit per day cash out for people who have deposited less than $100.00.- I didn't initiate the withdrawal because of the manual verification not being done yet... Ok. So I know I have to wait to finish verification before I proceed with cash out, and I decide to play some more.And I play 2 or 3 games and suddenly the screen goes black and it says player disabled on the bottom of the screen really quick then back to black.I reload and can't sign in.My password has been disabled.Then I get a notification from my card company that a refund has been issued for my purchase at vegasway.So. They do not intend to pay if you win.They kick you out, block your account, and probably won't reply to emails.So they are liars.False advertisers.They are contract breakers.They are scammers.They are dishonest.Vegasway is a scam, it is NOT a real casino.They should have to pay me my hourly wage for my time they wasted in damages for their violations of several business codes.Many companies have to pay damages to customers for violations of the laws governing business practices.Vegasway and their affiliates should to. (as mentioned in another review, their affiliated casinos have the same dubious illegal practices)Any business that is in violation of business and profession acts and codes is guilty of a crime.I recommend they be reported to the attorney general's office in your state. I'm reporting them to mine.(In California-we only have 40 days left to play at online casinos. I don't have time to waste!)
