Steer clear of Muziker.They only accept debit (not credit) card payments, so you have to effectively pay for your goods upfront.I ordered a golf bag to be delivered to the UK on 22nd Sept. After taking payment immediately, Muziker sent me the shipping details for their courier, UPS. My delivery was supposed to arrive on 30th Sept, but it still has not arrived (as of 3rd October). Both Muziker and UPS have been next to useless in locating my order and confirming when it will arrive. I haven't received a refund and would avoid at all costs.
I'm so glad I found the scooter I wanted to buy on Muziker! I'd not heard of the site before but read lots of good reviews and felt confident to buy. Ordering was easy, the price was great compared to anywhere else, delivery was quick and I was given plenty tracking info as the parcel made it's way. Scooter arrived in perfect condition and I'm so happy with it. I've already recommended Muziker to two friends and will certainly buy again in future! Thank you!😊
