The offshore trousers are awesome, postage service rubbish

The offshore trousers are awesome, however UPS delivery was rubbish. Address wasn't recognised by UPS. Changed delivery to a delivery point. They failed to deliver there twice. Finally arrived 3 weeks later, at the original delivery address, and after multiple calls to UPS.However, once again, the HH offshores are ace. Quality production. Thank you Muziker for supplying them.

Prompt reliable delivery.

Had trouble sourcing my item from other retailers but Muziker had it in stock & use a good courier service in UPS so I was happy to order from them. The order even arrived a day earlier than estimated.

Excellent support from Raul and Marius…

Excellent support from Raul and Marius at Muziker after my purchase of Strymon’s BigSky plugin. The terminology ‘Licence Key’ (should be labelled Redemption Code) and Activation Code led to uncertainty as to how to activate the software in my DAW (they send you a Licence Key which you then have to input on the Strymon website in the Redemption Code section - this then generates the Activation Code you need). Both these guys got onto the case straight away and got me up and running. They said they would call me back, and they did. They said they would follow up and get the issue sorted out, and they did. I must admit I was sceptical about using Muziker initially but have to say my scepticism was totally unfounded. This was customer service at its best. Thank you guys.

Terrible .

Terrible. I ordered a £2.19 guitar hook, and then £24.90 was charged for postage. Once I spotted this rip off I tried to cancel the order. Sadly they said not possible, just refuse delivery when it arrives!! This way I would get a refund for the goods £2.19 , but not the £24.90 postage. Ridiculous , rip off company, do not use Muziker, ever.
